Echora uses a credit system. Different tools deduct credits based on text length, audio or video duration, the selected mode, or a fixed cost per task. The editor shows an estimate before you submit, and qualifying failed generation tasks automatically restore the deducted credits.

Yes. New users receive complimentary credits after signing up, so you can try Echora's voice and audio tools before purchasing a plan. Each use still consumes credits according to the rate shown on the tool page.

No. Monthly plan credits are generally valid for the corresponding monthly period, while annual plan credits are generally valid for the corresponding 12-month period. Complimentary or promotional credits may have a separate validity period. You can see the exact expiration date for each credit batch on the Plan & Credits page.

Yes. You can cancel from the Plan & Credits page in your account. Your subscription will not renew again, paid access generally remains available through the end of the current billing period, and purchased credits remain available until their displayed expiration date.

Monthly plans are billed monthly and issue the included credits each renewal period. Annual plans charge the full yearly amount and issue the full annual credit allowance upfront. The price shown on each annual card is the effective monthly rate, while billing occurs annually. Annual plans save up to 20% compared with monthly billing.

Generated audio may be used in eligible projects when you hold the necessary rights to the input content, reference voices, and related materials and comply with the current service terms and applicable law. Review the latest terms and usage restrictions before using a result in advertising, client work, or another commercial context.
